I've always loved birds from a young age. Growing up with many different kinds. Budgies are one of the less "loud" varieties of parrots, but it doesn't mean they aren't "noisy"! Their chitter-chatter is a relatively quiet sound (in comparison to larger parrots) and will carry on for most of the day, providing a nice background noise!
